To ensure you get the best service from us we have prepared a simple step by step guide for you to follow.

 

Step 1 - Register with the service.

 

At this point you will be asked to supply a few basic details about yourself.

 

Step 2 - Payment options.

 

After you have read and accepted our terms and conditions you will be directed to a secure payment page, where we will ask you to enter your preferred method of payment for £29.99 (Credit Card / Debit Card / Charge Card).

 

Once payment details have been confirmed you will be sent your user name and a password in a 'confirmation of registration' e-mail, which you will need to use our service and access your tailor-made response by our clinical team.

 

Please note that the 'confirmation of registration' e-mail may take a little time to arrive in your inbox depending on your mailbox settings.

 

Step 3 - Complete Questionnaire.

 

After payment you will be directed to our Members Area and will be able to complete at your convenience our detailed and confidential questionnaire. Click here for a brief example of the type of questions you will be asked.

 

The questionnaire will take anywhere between 5 minutes to an hour, based on the level of detail you supply. At any time, you have the facility to save your questionnaire should you need to, and return to it at a later time. At the end of this process you will be asked to submit your questionnaire to our Consultants.

 

Step 4 - Your questions answered.

 

After a short period (5 working days), you will be contacted via email and informed that your questionnaire has been answered and is available for you to access via your Members area. You will need your username and password details to access your personal information via our members area login box on our homepage. Each questionnaire is answered personally by one of our consultants.

 

Your personalised results will be available in a printer friendly format.

 

Where appropriate your personalised response will include references to certain articles and medical journals. This enables healthcare professionals to understand and view which EBM research we have used for your particular problem area.

 

Please note that the charge of £29.99 is for the completion of your questionnaire by our consultant team. Each new and subsequent questionnaire will be charged at the same value.
