Professor Erian is a keen educator and teacher and has been awarded four Professorships from various universities. He became Professor of Gynaecology at the University of Cairo (Egypt), was awarded a similar honour from the University of Kiel (Germany) and Clairmont Ferrand (France) in 2001, and most recently by the University of Athens (Greece) in 2005.

 

Professor Erian is a pioneer and experienced advocate of Minimally Invasive or Key Hole surgical techniques in gynaecological procedures including use of laser treatment. The doctors who were trained under him are practicing in various parts of the world.
